Bales of straw are available to sell out of the barn. We are currently selling Wildflower, Berry, and Clover honey straight from our own hives. The sizes available are Quart, Pint, and honey bears. Kay and Ron Koch. Ron and Kay Koch run the farm and have been married for 30 years. They have two children, Sam and Laurie, who are both grown, but they also have many "adopted" children whom they have helped support throughout the years. They strive to make the farm have a family feel and want everyone to feel welcome. Sam and Samantha Koch. Lloyd and Hellen Koch. Lloyd and Hellen Koch are Ron's parents. They also live on the property and recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversery!

Tuesday, May 19, 2009. Another Endorphin Injection, Riding Through the Countryside. I went on a new route this evening and I took along my new toy: a GPS receiver. It is very cool and actually keeps track of almost every little turn I make as I ride along. It also keeps track of my heart rate and will soon follow my cadence. I was quickly putting the mount for it on the bicycle before we left and got it on backwards! It is getting late as I write this. Need to get to bed so I can go to work tomorrow!
