banjos & books: long time no post...
http://banjosandbooks.blogspot.com/2015/12/long-time-no-post.html
Thoughts from a banjo playing techie librarian. Wednesday, December 16, 2015. Long time no post. I have started a few blogs over the past 10 years, but most of them have gone inactive for various reasons. Happily, my life seems to be getting a little bit more on track, so I've decided to get this blog back up and running to again share my thoughts with the world! I've also recently been hired as a part-time librarian at our local library. I'm thrilled! Actually, I love the pink bathroom.).

banjos & books: ballooooon!
http://banjosandbooks.blogspot.com/2006/07/ballooooon.html
Thoughts from a banjo playing techie librarian. Sunday, July 09, 2006. Paul, Jill and I went to a hot air balloon festival last night. The balloons didn't go up in the air (this one is tethered), but at least we got a pretty picture! And yes, I'm 34 weeks pregnant, not fat! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). banjos & books: December 2005
http://banjosandbooks.blogspot.com/2005_12_01_archive.html
Thoughts from a banjo playing techie librarian. Friday, December 16, 2005. Above, you see Paul, with "helpers" Greg and Yazoo, setting up the snow globe. It is super-cool! Even better than my window candles which for some reason glow dimly orange and make it look like a haunted house rather than Christmas. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

banjos & books: Happy Thanksgiving!
http://banjosandbooks.blogspot.com/2005/11/happy-thanksgiving.html
Thoughts from a banjo playing techie librarian. Thursday, November 24, 2005. I looked at my calendar and realized that last weekend was the first weekend since AUGUST that I had some free time to myself! Obviously, life has been way too busy. Luckily, it's Thanksgiving! Two days off, one short day at work, then another day off.some nice time to unwind. Very difficult to wait until after dinner to eat it :). We had a nice Thanksgiving with Paul's family, and even snuck in a game of settlers (paul won :P).

Cutie and the Beast. A few incoherent, sleep-deprived ramblings about my adventures in fatherhood. My wife's site, now woefully out of date. (Shame on you, woman! A friend of mine , who has retired from the bustling California life to become a New England country gentleman. Another friend, he's chronicling his attempts at becoming a professional writer. Flash videos - Some funny, some just very well done:. In Love With David's Sister. All the rage nowadays, this is a fun logic puzzle.

Paul's Exciting Home Page
http://www.paulrainey.com/about.shtml
Born and bred in New Hampshire, I moved out to California during the Dot Com craze and somehow failed to become a millionaire. Fortunately I still came out ahead by meeting my wife-to-be Kristin. Before moving back to the east coast. There's an old saying that the carpenter's house is never finished. I'm using that excuse to justify waiting ten years before updating my own home page from a simple list of links into something a little more professional.
