Open-Faced Hummus, Veggie, and Ham Ciabattas | Purpose-Filled Wandering

July 11, 2014 —. Open-Faced Hummus, Veggie, and Ham Ciabattas. 2 Ciabatta sandwich rolls. 1/2 cup hummus (check out my Roasted Red Pepper Hummus recipe. 8 pieces sliced deli ham. Two handfuls baby spinach. 6 baby bella mushrooms. 4 cheese slices of your choice (I used white cheddar! 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. 1 tbsp Frank’s hot sauce. Set oven to Broil. Slice the ciabatta rolls in half with a serrated knife. Distribute and spread hummus evenly over each half. Top each roll with 2 pieces of deli ham.

I devoured it sans chips immediately after this picture. 1 can garbanzo beans. 2 roasted red pepper halves. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. 2 tsp sesame oil. 2 tsp sesame seeds. 2 tsp garlic powder.
