Tuesday, June 19, 2012. I've maintained my weight thus far this summer, staying around 186! Yay me. Hoping to continue to maintain, and then lose about 30 more pounds after the summer ends. I'm taking B-12 shots. One a day for a week, one a week for a month, then monthly. I had an emotional breakdown yesterday.

Wednesday, May 2, 2012. I had my 3 month follow up appointment on March 29th where I weighed in at 200 (-48). I've come a long way in a short time! The best news of all. My A1C was 5.8 ('normal' is 6)! Since my last appointment a month ago I've lost an additional 6 pounds and am officially in the one hundreds.

Saturday, May 28, 2011. I have a new name for my mom: "Dr. Mom" and rightly so. I am so very proud to announce that my very own mama (finally) graduated from Lincoln Memorial University with the following prestigious degree. Doctor of Education in Executive Leadership.
