http://shadhex.blogspot.com/2010/07/scrum-vs-kanban.html
For Programming discussion based on Opengl, XNA and mainly IPhone Programming. Monday, July 5, 2010. While having a twitter "discussion" on some of the differences between Scrum and Kanban with Alan Shalloway, he prompted me to an article. He wrote about the subject. It's a very interesting post and I would encourage you to go read it now. I don't know, but the thought is interesting. Obviously the team also gets key learning outside of retrospective but this is true regardless of process. Scrum's approa...

Jeremy Hutchings: Dealing with challenging behaviour in IT groups
http://www.jeremyhutchings.com/2011/01/dealing-with-challenging-behaviour-in.html
My life and times as a LAMP software engineer and systems thinker. Tedbets, the only way to bet your friends! Tuesday, January 18, 2011. Dealing with challenging behaviour in IT groups. I recently saw a few tweets pushing a piece entitled : When Smart People are Bad Employees. Luckily the sense of many comments shone though, and the author was eviscerated for what appeared to be short sightedness, poor understanding of behaviour and basically poor posting. We're all human, and we're all fallible at times.

with pants comes dignity: PRINCE2 vs Scrum
http://withpantscomesdignity.blogspot.com/2007/08/prince2-vs-scrum.html
With pants comes dignity. This is the ramblings, complaints, thoughts and observations of a confused and opinionated individual. Monday, August 06, 2007. I was at 1 day overview of PRINCE2 today. It was interesting. Much better than I expected. The trainer was very good and he showed interest in the business aspect and the delivery as much as the process. Previously, I had viewed PRINCE2 as process focused, I.E. if I tick this box, then my project must succeed. I am a certified Scrummaster.

Doing Agile right on the tip of Africa: The Guerrilla Guide to Interviewing
http://agileguyza.blogspot.com/2010/08/guerrilla-guide-to-interviewing.html
Doing Agile right on the tip of Africa. My thoughts on scrum TDD and getting the balance between doing software right and adding business value at the same time. Wednesday, August 25, 2010. The Guerrilla Guide to Interviewing. People are every companies greatest asset and getting the right people is an art form rather than a science.
