Monthly Archives: September 2013. September 18, 2013 – 9:42 am. 这几天，槟城的媒体因没有我的节目而感到纳闷 当然，病人怎能出席节目 都取消了 ，但许多一早定下的会议，尤其是有外坡出席者时，我就医院 会议两头跑，时间一到，拆下管子奔往. September 5, 2013 – 8:18 am. 外资要的，是 最佳的治理、最少的干涉 Maximum governance, minimum government – 也即是政府莫跟私人界 抢生意。 他们不要只会天花乱坠的吹蛇卖艺佬，反之他们要的是手持滑鼠真正在做工的人 Not snake-charmers but mouse-charmers。 这5年来，我们在改造公务员时，认为制度是最重要的，也即是1 人 2 系统 3 科技 以三合一来执行任务。 原以为第二届了，制度已经 成形 了，就在上周，刚好需会见数名主任，就索性召开类似的部门主管会议，才发现，我们依然必需时时监督，以免执行的人，不慎 出轨。 此网站收载所有其在 星洲日报.槟城在望 的无删减原文. December 27, 2013 – 8:35 am. 肃贪不仅要以身作则，还要做出来，自己廉洁并不足够，还必需确保身边的每一个人、整个团队都是廉洁的，被抓到有贪污成份者，应该 斩 就要狠狠 斩 ，才能肃贪有力。 December 12, 2013 – 5:03 pm. 当时要州政府 管好 楼价的记者，这时不只保持沉默，一些还联同发展商来抨击政府 只有槟城被骂，纳吉是 安全 的 ，更有受访者透过第三者转告 他的言论被媒体扭曲，他没说过州政府此举乃惩罚州民。 他向我透露，州选后有记者对他说， 你 曹氏 进去 州选前 时是本土，出来 复选后 却是天兵了。 他在选后也对媒体说 成绩证明 行动党并无你们 媒体 所说的有本土和天兵派啊。 不见有媒体特写式报导 民联执政的州属因理财得当年年有盈余而调薪，就成了千古罪人般被质问，连自诩中立的媒体，在处理调薪课题也如此厚此薄彼， 照顾 国阵州的 感受。 此网站收载所有其在 星洲日报.槟城在望 的无删减原文.
