This is the time of the year that we spend a lot of time picking blueberries, enjoying the abundance of them on our blueberry bushes. Sylvia and I like to go out in the morning and eat blueberries for breakfast, right from the bushes. Guess what we witnessed a few days ago? First time ever I have seen a dog pick his own blueberries! Posted by Karen Lanzetta.

We have been working on creating ectropy out of entropy. Today I worked on my filing system. Over the years I have had many different styles of filing systems, a lot of them being characterized by "To file later" and "To do: URGENT! Feels good to get it done! It's remarkably painless, as long as I put good music on to listen to while working. Links to this post.

Our Deer Baby: Traveling Light
http://o-scientist.blogspot.com/2014/03/traveling-light.html
The adventures of a fun loving family with many kids. Our household is never boring. Thursday, March 20, 2014. This European trip I decided that I was going to travel light, not have any checked luggage and really cut back on the number of things I carried with me. This totally fits into my decluttering and simplifying quest so I was excited for the challenge. So why did I have to dump stuff at my mom's, you ask? Not to mention that I found good licorice in Iceland, so that had to be added to the mix too!

The adventures of a fun loving family with many kids. Our household is never boring. Thursday, October 31, 2013. We started our Halloween celebration by feeding the chickens pumpkin goops for breakfast. Qate went to school as a boy. I made two big pizzas before everyone went out trick or treating. My way of trying to get some reasonably healthy food in them before the candy craziness hits. Sylvia was a crazy doctor. Ready to go out! Meanwhile Jane is roasting pumpkin seeds. The adventures of a fun loving family with many kids. Our household is never boring. Saturday, June 29, 2013. One thing that always comes to mind when people talk about flower gardens is a beautiful bush full of blooming roses. You know girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes and shakespeare sonnets and yada yada yada yada. Many years ago, I planted my first rose bush. It died. Then I planted my second. That one died too. See a pattern here? Not only did it bloom but the roses smelled really sweet ...

The adventures of a fun loving family with many kids. Our household is never boring. Saturday, November 30, 2013. Every time we are here, we totally enjoy going to the top of this tower. Today was a very clear day so we could see the whole of Montreal. It is the highest leaning tower in the world. Much higher and cooler than the boring one in Pisa :D. We could see the botanical gardens. Makes me long for summer when we can go visit them again. Great view over the harbor. Posted by Karen Lanzetta. These a...
