Tuesday, December 12, 2006. Tonight I found out an old family friend committed suicide. Three self-inflicted gunshot wounds to the chest. I can't imagine. to be honest I'm still in shock. She was a dear Christian woman and a member of my church- there every Sunday. None of us ever suspected anything was wrong, but we’ve now found out she'd been battling depression. I just can't imagine any other way you could get that desperate and hopeless, unless you were believing lies from the enemy. Just end it all".

Tuesday, May 16, 2006. Wow, it's been a while. Going on over a month since the last post! I guess it was just hard to follow that with anything, especially since there hasn't been much happening other than "busyness"- school ending, finals, etc. Thank God it's officially summer! Oh how God knows the desires of our hearts! You look so frail lying there. Helpless to speak or move. A single tear rolls down your face. Your rosebud lips are so confused.
