Enjoy these yummy savory Mathris with a cup of hot tea while watching your favorite TV show. All Purpose Flour - 2 cups. Whole Wheat Flour - ½ cup. Oil - 6 tablespoons about 2- 3 cups for frying. Water – about 5 - 6 tablespoons (lukewarm). Carom Seeds - 2 teaspoons. Black Pepper - 2 teaspoons, Coarsely Crushed.
