Friday, October 3, 2014. September was probably one of the craziest months of my life to date. 2 weddings, 2 weekends in a row, and I was in both of the wedding parties. I also had a birthday, started a class, joined a cycling team, and ran a half marathon. Where's the couch? I need to lie down. Swimming - Winter weather is getting closer. Maybe I'll get to the pool. Friday, November 21, 2014. Well, this has been quite the week of doctor visits for me. Let's start with last Thursday:. Bad news: My HbA1c was 7.3. That is quite possibly the highest A1c I've had since my diagnosis 8 years ago. Yikes. I brought a blood sugar log, and reviewing it with my endocrinologist , it seems I pretty consistently mess up my insulin dosage for lunch. Day 3 and the end of Week 1 on the program was actually yesterday but I never had time to post. It has been going well. I have been walking at a 3.5 mph pace and running at 4.5 mph.
