And there was much to celebrate! Home Away from Home. Our fleet for the week. First sunrise in Newfound! Unfortunately, Nick had to work but in seeing him off, I found amazing morning light. Gets the prize for worst and weirdest burn ever. Show me your mooscles! Friendly duck came a-begging for food.

One question asked, "About how often do you use a computer outside of school? I saw a student filling in the "never" bubble and I, happy that I didn't have to refrain from making comments about what he was doing anymore, said, "What? Why did you say never? Have you ever used a computer outside? About, went swimmingly.

Saturday, April 7, 2012. I've been hearing a lot about green smoothies. I've been wanting to try one because everyone insists that they taste good and you can't even tell it's full of spinach. I found a recipe on pinterest awhile ago, but finally decided to try it while I was home with mono. The woman who posted the recipe claimed multiple times that it did not taste healthy. I'd agree with that. I'll try it again someday with a different recipe, but it definitely needs a little something. C jane enjoy it.

Monday, March 24, 2014. Although it is extremely well written, I can't say I'd recommend this book. For the class I'm taking this semester, we are participating in literature circles. We got to pick the book we wanted to read (from a selection of 3) and I picked The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. Again, really well written, but really depressing. Without giving too much away, I'd like to share this description of grief. It is one of the best I have read. Is your heart breaking? Love the little things.
