January 3, 2013. Today is the official due date for our baby. He seems to be very content just where he is, so it looks like he'll be a few days late! I'm relieved he is healthy and that we didn't have a Christmas baby. We'll definitely post some pictures once he makes his appearance. Both of us are so excited to meet our boy in a few days! November 29, 2012. We hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving holiday! This year for Thanksgiving we decided to go on one last getaway before the baby is born and figured the long Thanksgiving weekend would be the perfect time. Since is not comfortable for me to travel long distances, we decided to go to a local resort. That was a great idea! Thanksgiving day marked 34 weeks of the pregnancy! February 5, 2014. Henry loves trucks, cars and busses. He makes an adorable siren sound and "vroom" for any other vehicle. One morning after breakfast, all he wanted to do was sit in his chair and find the busses on his pajamas. He would find a bus and say "bus" over and over. He loves these pajamas. When we ask him where his busses are, he pats his stomach over and over (since there are busses everywhere). Henry has such a fun personality! I love to see how his mind works. I can't believe Henry is one!

November 6, 2013. Some of Henry's Favorite Things. Henry has such a fun personality. He loves to laugh and explore everything. He is starting to take a few steps while holding on to furniture. Here are some of his favorite things to do:. Henry loves to play peek-a-boo on our morning walks, in the family room curtains, and any place he can find something to hide behind. He likes to munch on celery and carrots. He sometimes will turn his head to the side while eating. Henry absolutely loves to read!

August 7, 2013. Today is Henry's 7 month birthday. I can't believe how fast the time has gone! Today we went to the park and watched the ducks. Henry loved watching the ducks and then got a close up view of a tractor. Henry also had tons of fun playing, as usual. He successfully pulled his play gym down for the first time. October 25, 2013. Recently Henry has perfected his scowl. We are not sure where picked up this expression, but it is quite funny to see! September 14, 2013. I bought my 1998 Nissan Sentra "Bessie" on July 4, 1999. As of September 13, 2013 I no longer own Bessie! That's right - we sold the little black car yesterday. Bessie was such a great car and had almost 189,000 miles. Definitely a great car for all these years, but too small to get Henry's stroller in the trunk.
