Monday, March 28, 2011. It's been a month! One month ago today, we filled up a moving van and both our cars and moved everything (well almost everything) we own to Lancaster County. Sunday, November 21, 2010. Bob and I were on our way to Bally's on Friday to continue our quest to get back in shape when I missed the bottom step and fell. My right foot twisted under me in such a way that I was in immediate pain. Determined to do the workout we had planned, I limped to the car, and we went to the spa.
