A weight loss journal. What’s for dinner? September 27, 2012. I have really been trying to clean up my eating lately and have made serious progress this week because of it. I am down 4.5lbs and it’s all due to clean eating. Here is an idea of a typical day for me. Breakfast: I have a cup of coffee with some agave to sweeten and a splash of FF organic milk. Happy monday blog world friends. i’m tired today. the kids are all sick. #1 has an ear infection. #2 has a sinus infection. #3 is teething, coughing and has a low temp. i’m still trying to shake strep throat and the husband is on antibiotics for some throat/fever situation. it’s been a rough week/weekend. Ok, off to do some wifely/motherly duties like clean the kitchen and fold laundry. hope you all have a great monday!
