Do what you like*like what you do. Sister and her fiance - they were officially engaged the day before the Fourth.so that would be the third. Ty and Grandma are parade pros - she's very good at getting attention and therefore any type of swag and he's quick and sneaky. Ty decided he needed to explore the other side of parading and that we would have our own parade when we got home. He and Grandma loaded up the wagon and we set up our chairs on the parade route. Do what you like*like what you do. August was nuts-o. We had various things for my little sister's wedding - this is us the day of, waiting our turn for the professional pics at the Bountiful Temple. County fair festivities included mutton bustin' for this little cowboy. He hung on the best he could and made his parents SO DANG PROUD (I thought he'd chicken out). More pics of that to come. Hey, that team that lost the worst was mine! September 13, 2011 at 8:57 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Do what you like*like what you do. Finally found the mutton busting pics. Please ignore the fact that they are almost 3 months old now. Ty busted out of there hanging on tight! His ride didn't last much longer than .8 seconds, but Aunt Toni caught every bit of it with her camera! The best picture was the one after this - a direct face plant in the dirt. It's hiding in the laptop and I can't find it. Someday. Anyways - we were so proud of our brave little buster! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Do what you like*like what you do. My brother and his family were visiting the hometown too. Us "adults" took a four-wheeler ride (where I really did almost die, but my husband saved me by not letting the four-wheeler fall on me). This shot was not as easy as it looks. First, the brother was too slow and then too impatient and then the husband was confused. For some reason, I was the ONLY ONE with a dust-face. Everyone was jealous. I love the four-wheeler dust face! Its probably my favorite part of going!

Do what you like*like what you do. We are having much happiness lately. OK - so, it was less than 40 degrees, the fish were NOT biting, the wind was blowing and his parents had slightly forgotten that fishing trip would overlap with dinner time and were under-prepared (apparently even "red chips" don't cut it when you're starving). And mom kept taking pictures. Still, it was our first chance to go out in our new boat! Ty's Halloween wishes vacillated. I know I still owe you mutton bustin.

Do what you like*like what you do. Yeah, well, still workin on the whole summer vacation update thing. Sorry. That little dot in the water is my husband - lost in his fly-fishing world at Kolob Reservoir. We borrowed his dad's camper trailer (bad idea - many swears, much yelling, small dent in newish truck) and camped at Kolob (good idea - kid thoroughly entertained, me thoroughly entertained, husband thoroughly entertained) for the 24th of July.
