Thursday, May 14, 2009. Ducks in a Row. When things are out of whack. Church callings, husbands, finances, making big decisions, being tired.and the list goes on. When my "ducks " get out of control and seem to want to take over my orderly routine is when life seems to fall apart or as some say hit the wall. This doesn't happen very often, most of the time only one duck strays and it is very easy to put it back in line, the trouble comes when there is a major. Rebellion and all ducks scatter.

Friday, March 13, 2009. This program is terrific. This Heart Challenge is great. It has made such a change in my life. I was realy beginning to feel my age but now I have a lot more energy. It is even beginning to be fun to feel my muscles. Doing more physical exertion is certainly the key to feeling better. Thursday, March 26, 2009. Why was I so lazy all these years? Thursday, March 19, 2009. This week has been one of reflection and gratitude for this program. I lost the second friend within a one month span this week. These women were only a few years older than me and they both died suddenly without warning. My children after hearing of the second death all said they are glad I am doing this program and getting into the habit of exercising and eating right. Friday, March 13, 2009.
