http://theblackfamilyblabber.blogspot.com/2010/12/big-5-years.html
The Black Family Blabber. Tuesday, December 7, 2010. I can't believe Asa turned 5 this year. He decided he wanted a Spiderman Birthday. I found a bunch of Spiderman paraphanelia at Partyland and the house was decked out! I even attempted a spider web cake! It turned out pretty cute I thought. And it was delicious. The best cake I think I've EVER made! He had a great time with his friends. It was a great birthday. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Hall's Have A Ball. Cruisin' with the Coxes.

Consistently they are both asking for a play kitchen so they can cook things, but not real food, it's just plastic. (their words). After the program he got to sit on santa's lap again and ask for a toy kitchen again :). Here he is with his cute teacher. He absolutely and completely adores this woman. Hall's Have A Ball.

The Black Family Blabber. Friday, May 28, 2010. Months ago I came across a person's blog. Who designs furniture.I bookmarked her and check her blog everyday. Then recently I decided I'd pick a project to build.and did it. I completed this little picnic table set for the boys all by myself.aside from my little helpers below. I made all the cuts, picked out the boards and screwed them together all by myself! Now, don't come over looking too close.they aren't perfect! We blew bubbles while being serenaded.

The Black Family Blabber: January 2011
http://theblackfamilyblabber.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
The Black Family Blabber. Friday, January 28, 2011. Tuesday, January 4, 2011. We started our festivities by spending Christmas Eve with the Shults'. We act out Christ's birth by Tom reading from the bible and the kids setting up the nativity. This year Since Emily and her family couldn't make a gathering for Christmas day, we exhanged her gifts that night. It was fun. Of course they got new PJ's. This is before the mayhem started. Santa had come, wrapped some of his presents, and left some out. It wouldn...

The Black Family Blabber: Big Birthday Boy
http://theblackfamilyblabber.blogspot.com/2010/09/big-birthday-boy.html
The Black Family Blabber. Tuesday, September 14, 2010. It is so amazing how time flies. 3 years ago I was laying in the hospital recovering from a c-section admiring my sweet newborn baby, deciding on a middle name. Now I have another mouth that tells me he loves me (amongst other things) gives me hugs and kisses and makes me laugh. Here is Coen with his presents. I don't know why, but when I asked him to smile, he wouldn't. So this is the best I could get. Playing with the goods. He ended up with 5 sets...

The Black Family Blabber: July 2010
http://theblackfamilyblabber.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
The Black Family Blabber. Monday, July 19, 2010. Someone had built this awesome Jeep out of license plates! And then other metal objects. It was so awesome! We made the trek to Delicate Arch. It was so pretty. And such a work out. On the way up I didn't think it was worth it. So what if we hiked it mid day and was sweating our butts off! On the way down I began to think maybe it was worth the work out :). Cody packed Asa on his shoulders the entire way! And on the way up he had the backpack too!
