Stories of a Prairie Girl. Wednesday, May 21, 2014. Spring is in the air (and on the trees, and near the ground.). This past weekend - I went on a lovely camping trip with my love - and our fur friend. It was great. We went up to Young's Point. Which is near to Vallyview - and totally somewhere I'd go again. I think in a few weeks, those little campsites are going to be great - tucked into the trees and not too close to neighbours. Sad bleeding tree - but again a great smell and super pretty in sunlight.

Stories of a Prairie Girl. Saturday, July 26, 2014. More than half way! Today, I went on another hike. This time to the Vallée. Which is about an hour from Qu ébec City. This was a better hike for me than the last one. Less steep, which was appreciated. The weather was great, not as hot - and the rain thankfully held off until we stepped onto the bus. Because I'm me, I took lots of pictures of moss and other green things. you're warned. Thanks to Claire who took my photo for me! Anyone know what this is?
