I know there are all kinds of studies about walking helping with mood for physiological reasons, brain chemistry and all that. And I am sure that it helps with that. I'm pretty sure that is true but I'm sure that at least half of the effects are just from the person getting his or her attention directed outwards. So, turn off the TV and go for a walk. You can make a larger batch and freeze some and take out to thaw a few hours before you want your pizza. About a half an hour before you are ready to start put one packet of 'pizza' yeast in ¾ cup warm water. It is supposed to foam up but if it doesn't.whatever. Pretend it did. 2 Tbl olive oil. 189; tsp Salt.

This recipe take longer to tell than to cook. Lamb sausages (pork chops or boneless/skinless chicken will do as well but by far our favourite is lamb). Cherry or some sort of small tomatoes(any tomato will do - something with a lot of taste). Turmeric (use very lightly if I'm cooking with chicken instead of lamb). Mint Sauce(with the Lamb).

MARTIN GLOVER was born in 1960 and took Art as a matric subject. The closest he came to sculpture was carving a bearded man’s head out of sunlight soap on a Boy Scout Camp and making a small clay elephant when he accompanied his mother to her pottery class. During 2003 or so he whittled a tiny sliver of sneezewood and being taken with the beauty of that wood he tried ever bigger pieces. In 2005 he made the decision to give up his day job and give himself over to sculpture as his main activity.
