Silencer Repack

Fresh Breeze Silencer Repack. Parts needed for project:. Silencer repack material at least 25 inches long and 13 wide (I use fiberglass insulation found at Lowes or The Home Depot). Two 3/16 short Steel rivets (must be steel, aluminum rivets will break). Shop towels or rags. 3/8 or bigger drill. 5 mm Allen wrench. 3/16 punch (or small screwdriver). Large straight blade screwdriver. Can of brake cleaner or carb cleaner. Small drain pan (optional). Large Vise Grips (optional).

The Flock or front range fliers is the PPG club of guys and gals who live and fly on the front range. The majority of the members live and fly up North in the Boulder/Longmont area but there are others spread out across the entire Denver area. We communicate via The ppgflock yahoo group. These site are listed via google maps with location of LZ where to park and no fly zones as well as any other restriction. Please follow any rules posted on maps so we do not loose these flying sites.

This is my PPG videos page. With my new Samsung SC-MX20EL. Video camera, I plan on taking many flying videos and I knew the page would get real big with descriptions of the video and all. So here it is, you can watch the videos right from your browser by clicking on the video as long as you have a plug-in for your browser that will play AVI videos. The videos are listed from the newest on top to the oldest on the bottom of the page. Also I have a new YouTube page. And a Vimeo page. Now with an HD camera.

It's nice to drive out to the field in the MR-2. It saves loading and unloading the truck. I pull up to the hanger, pull on my flight suit and go. I'm not sure if it had been damaged for awhile or if it rotted from the inside or I banged it into the earth on landing and just didn't notice.
