Joy in the Journey. Thursday, March 24, 2011. We've had beautiful weather in the 70's and 80's for the past week and the results can be seen all over our yard. We planted 100 tulip bulbs last fall in our front planter and they are popping up everywhere! I fertilized our Hydrangea bushes and they are going crazy! Hoping for LOTS of pretty blooms this year! Monday, March 30, 2009. ABC Homeschool Group welcomed home some troops at BWI on Saturday. BWI is often the soldiers first stop into the states, and many have to take connecting flights to get home. Friday, September 10, 2010. Saturday we headed out to Henersonville. To go apple picking at Sky Top Orchard. If I didn't know better, I would have thought Eve was a Man! The orchard was on top of a mountain with beautiful mountain views in almost every direction. Even Bently got to come and get all kinds of love and attention. Gala apples were in season and just right for picking. Pretty and nice to be outside! Who needs a ladder! They had every kind of apple. Peaches and grapes too! One of our baskets.

McClard and Son Irrigation. Tuesday, December 2, 2008. Luxury Box Seats at NC State! This past weekend Nathan and I were blessed to get two tickets to the NC State game. We had no idea at the time that they were Luxury Box Seats. Below is a picture from the end zone looking up to where our seats are. It was nice to be inside with the wind blowing, misting rain and 50*. We walked down to the tunnel where the football players come out and took a pic. of Mr. Wolf. Back in our seats, nice and warm!
