Megan's Cream of Tomato Soup. 3 pounds of tomatoes, peeled OR 4-5 cans of diced tomatoes (if real tomatoes are out of season). 1 yellow onion, diced. 15 cups chicken broth. 1/4 cup basil (if you can get fresh basil, use it!
