Ok everyone I have to share this recipe with you! 1 cup chopped green pepper. 1 1/2 cups chopped onion. 2 tbsp. olive oil. 2 cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained (I loved Eden Organic brand, no-salt added variety). 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes (I like Muir Glen fire roasted tomatoes). 1 cup red wine. 3 cups cooked turkey, diced. 1 tbsp. chili powder. 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced. 1 tsp crushed red pepper. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1 Comment Add your own.
