This little light of mine...: Mentoring
http://shinethroughme.blogspot.com/2014/06/mentoring.html
Sunday, June 1, 2014. I haven't posted on here in a very long while. I don't have any sort of excuse for that, it's just happened but I do think that maybe I should take this up again. I should start spending more time meditating on Gods word and also sharing my thoughts, it helps me process what I read a bit better. The article, written by Michael J. Schout and titled Be Mentored, emphasises the necessity of turning to others who are more experienced in their faith and more mature, spending time wit...

This little light of mine...: Risking All that we Have
http://shinethroughme.blogspot.com/2013/11/risking-all-that-we-have.html
Monday, November 25, 2013. Risking All that we Have. As Jesus looked up, he saw the rich putting their gifts into the temple treasury. He also saw a poor widow put in two very small copper coins. "Truly I tell you," he said, "this poor widow has put in more than all the others. All these people gave gift out of their wealth; but she out of her poverty put in all she had to live on.". Life's Turns: November 2012
http://kdslifesturns.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 19, 2012. Kids are awesome. Did you know that? They do what you say at the drop of the hat. Most of the time (I should watch what I say),. You never know when trouble's heading your way! But that makes it fun, you never know what. Is happening next, it's made up on the spot. Play a game, jump around, or sing a song. Open a book, talk 'bout anything, all day long. Take a drink break, or sleep on the floor,. Catch all the flies, or escape out the door. Squawk like a parrot, bark like a dog,.

Life's Turns: September 2012
http://kdslifesturns.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 1, 2012. I read this today, and thought it strikingly inspirational, and therefore very worthwhile of sharing. Don't miss out on a blessing just because it isn't packaged the way you expect it to be.". Which is the moral of this poem:. The man whispered, "God, speak to me". And a meadowlark sang. But, the man did not hear. So the man yelled, "God, speak to me". And the thunder rolled across the sky. But, the man did not listen. The man looked around and said,. God let me see you.".

We also spent a day all together at the water park, swimming in the man made waves and trying out all the different slides. See all of you soon xxx. Check out my other blog and ...

Tuesday, April 8, 2014. Wow, just WOW. Today I trekked up the side of one of the mountains here. It was a bit of a steep hike and reminded me once again how unfit I am but the view was most definitely worth it. The rest of the pics taken were on my camera but it was amazing! leaving footprints: January 2013
http://footprints733.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 31, 2013. Of my whole working week with CCD, Thursdays are most probably the hardest day of all. This might just be because I am so tired from the first three days of the week that I don't have that much energy, but it also possibly the most mentally draining days of my whole week. Wednesday, January 23, 2013. Monday, January 21, 2013. Whistle while you work. Work seems to be getting busier and busier. I am beginning to really find a place where I belong at each of the projects and ...

Tuesday, December 25, 2012. Christmas Greetings from Thailand. Wishing everyone reading this a blessed Christmas. May you all be surrounded by the love and joy of this festive day and remember to dwell on the reason that we are celebrating, the Birth of our Saviour Jesus Christ.
