Not going to give him the satisfaction of comfort eating and getting fat. My goal is to lose 7lbs this week. I really want to find an exercise that I enjoy but it’ll be really expensive finding out what I like doing and if I even have a talent for anything! Be it spinning, pole dancing, twerk classes!
