Due to a darn stomach bug, her weight dropped and that means a weight check in 6 weeks. I am pretty sure that we can get her back up to where she needs to be soon! Her 15 month stats are:. Wt: 18 pounds 3 ounces *3rd percentile. Ht: 31.25 inches *72nd percentile. At 15 months, Sophie:. Has 2 teeth.FINALLY! Is starting to sing! An Ounce of Sunshine.

The only reason that we took it down was so that the EQ Presidency would have a place to sit when they visited. I desperately wish for something amazing to post about but as of late all of my post stem around the most amazing gift of all, Brek. Miss B. is 4 months old, last week. I cannot believe how quickly time flies. These are the things I know to be true of our darling girl. She greets me EVERY morning with a smile. We spend at least an hour feeding and cuddling. When I get home at night she always smiles. She sleeps through the night.

You can cook the meat with 1 cup of water in a pressure cooker for 35 to 40 minutes or in a crock pot on low for about 10 hours, but I like the results from the oven. And just look and those amazing juices? We’ll be using these later so just set them aside. Let the meat cool some and remove the fat and bones. Shred. Add the juices that you set aside.
