Michael and Philippa van Plateringen Big OE. Sunday, April 25, 2010. Preparation for the Big OE. We leave this Wednesday 28th of April and there is no erupting mountain stopping us we hope…………! We fly from Tauranga direct to London with stop over’s in Auckland and Hong Kong (26 hrs). Once we arrive we will hire a car and head down to a town just some 45 minutes out south of London called Dorking ( 17000 people) for a first stop. Michael and Philippa van Plateringen Big OE. Saturday, July 17, 2010. Well hi all from England – a long time overdue. Well we are into week 15 and how time flies. It has been a jammed pack time with plenty of action and work. It did take us some time to get up and running at first but once into it we haven’t stopped. But hey it is a laugh to see how it is all done. Hopefully the weather is not too hard on the plants and the dry doesn’t affect them too much. Going to the beach is not the same as home....
