I breastfed both of my girls. Nakiah until she was 10months. She self-weaned. I started supplementing with formula when she was 5 months old. I wish I had listened to my heart and just kept EBF her. I let myself get swayed by what everyone was telling me I should be doing. Her I guess….we haven’t spoken since then.
