Wiser than her 27 years. Poor Amy is at the end of a slew of birthdays in our family. By the time we get to hers.we are all tired of the birthday thing. But she is none the less loved and appreciated! Anyway.she gets over it and moves on. I know she is waiting for this little shout-out. Thursday, May 21, 2009.

http://debboyer.blogspot.com/2009/11/as-it-goes.html
Monday, November 30, 2009. As it goes.I don't really like Turkey. What do you do on Thanksgiving then? Actually, I took a vote from my kids.the choice was turkey or steaks! Believe it or not the steaks won, hands down! Then the guilt sets in. It's Thanksgiving! Where's the turkey, where's the tradition? Will my grandchildren's memories be forever tarnished? Soooooo my guilt got the best of me. I was pretty confident! But, it was a beauty coming out of the oven! Good for a picture. We planned a fun day to...

Friday, September 11, 2009. Yesterday I came to the aide of one of my children. She was having company come from out of town.a few unexpected at the last minute. She had her hands full and I answered her call of desperation. I figured I could do something to ease the many things she had to accomplish by the end of the day. So I set to work. Note that it was at least 106 degrees outside, but I was determined! But this is not even the point of my story. We all know how girls are.whiny! So true. But tha...

Sunday, August 30, 2009. What an incredible, fun evening we shared with the people in our Ward! Max has been released as Bishop of our Ward for about 3 weeks now. The Relief Society Presidency planned, and had a very memorable Open House to honor Max for his service of over 6 years. It was so very nice and much appreciated. One of the sweet boys in our Ward, the son of Max's Counselor in the Bishopric, drew this picture of Max. How cute is that? He is now a Sunday School teacher and in heaven! Many thank...
