February 2, 2015. My 6 month old has co slept pretty much from the word go, not my plan as I was a believer in baby should sleep alone self settling etc with my first 2 children. But this time round I loved the closeness of co sleeping and having read lots of pros and cons on the subject, I just went with it. Apart from 4 days of teething last week my baby has slept 12 hrs from 3 weeks sometimes recently he has latched on himself had a quick feed gone right back off. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

I keep getting told I’m making a rod for my own back because I snuggle, feed and rock my baby to sleep and when he whines I pick him up and tickle his face, sometimes he falls asleep other times just goes into a ‘trance’. My baby slept for 12 hours a night at four weeks old and never needed to eat. Why would you want to get up at 5am? HOW many diapers are you washing?
