Active Brewer: Get Out There and Ride! Right now is a time where all in the beer world is golden. Some even say its recession proof. Active Brewer: Get Out There and Ride! Brewing The BJCP: Categories 10 and 6. It's been a long time since I have been here. Quite a long time. at least I am on the same focus as I was the last time I wrote. The BJCP. One update about this whole thing, though. I take the Tasting Exam May 17th! I can't imagine using it all in a reasonable amount of time, so I may end up giving some away. I went with a Single Hop Belma, American Pale Ale, ( Category 10A. Active Brewer: Get Out There and Ride! 1001 Beers: The Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery. After I moved out to North Carolina, I actually made it out to The Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery. I don't know why I have never got to blogging about my experience there but I had some awesome beer and toured the facility. They were talking about expanding back then so I wonder how they have moved forward with that now. Beer Number 99: The Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery Milk Stout. Threw Baltic Porter high on my list of beers to brew.

Underground dispatches from the craft beer resistance. Friday, May 9, 2014. SANTA CLARA VALLEY BREWING's "NEW ALMADEN RED". Oh what, an imperial red being reviewed on Beer Samizdat? Yeah, I'm nothing if not predictable - and when I saw Ramblings of a Beer Runner. To this one, I had to leap into action and procure one at once. There's already been some love for SANTA CLARA VALLEY BREWING. On this site - for the "Electric Tower IPA". Oh, it did. Yes I did. 8/10. Posted by Jay H. Santa Clara Valley Brewing.

Was truly emphatic about when I said I wanted to drink some San Diego brewers I hadn't ingested before (he worships at the hoppy feet of Alpine. And amazingly, they're actually starting to distribute in NoCal! One was SOCIETE BREWING. Whom we wrote about here. The other was MOTHER EARTH BREW CO. Posted by Jay H.

BEER SAMIZDAT: EVERYONE WANTS TO COLLABORATE WITH SCANDINAVIA NOW
http://www.beersamizdat.net/2014/05/everyone-wants-to-collaborate-with.html
Underground dispatches from the craft beer resistance. Monday, May 5, 2014. EVERYONE WANTS TO COLLABORATE WITH SCANDINAVIA NOW. Well, just in time for me to move to Norway for the summer - next week! Latest evidence for a new era is this collaboration beer I picked up in Oslo in March that matches Norway's. With Kansas City, Missouri's kingpins Boulevard Brewing. I dig the name they came up with:. A collaboration saison. Not bad, hunh? Posted by Jay H. May 6, 2014 at 6:30 AM. May 8, 2014 at 7:51 PM.
