Our elf arrived via hot air balloon! Mr Lynne for a package on the roof while decorating right above our classroom! He ended up popping himself out of the balloon after a few days! We had such a generous elf this year! They went nuts over these elf pencils! And he left as quick as he came! He still had a good view from the hallway.
