Rag and Bone: Traditional Love
http://shopoftheheart.blogspot.com/2010/07/traditional-love.html
Welcome to the foul rag and bone shop of the heart. Monday, July 12, 2010. In my entanglements with the internet, I sometimes get asked to do some pretty terrible stuff. Like explain to people why they can't write about their private parts on the internet or call out death threats against their ex husbands. At least not on the web site I work for. Please. But I also get asked to do some pretty awesome stuff, like start a blog. You can read one of my posts here. Another blog for me to read :-) Congrats.

Rag and Bone: September 2010
http://shopoftheheart.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Welcome to the foul rag and bone shop of the heart. Tuesday, September 28, 2010. Turning Into A Mommy Blog. There has been a reason for the silence echoing around here. It's because I've been trying to keep a secret. A big fat secret. And my inability to lie is legendary. Children and old men still tell the tales of the numerous Christmases I've ruined. I also included a picture of me getting fat, because I know the internet wants to see this. I know just know it. Links to this post. Iowa, United States.

Rag and Bone: June 2010
http://shopoftheheart.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Welcome to the foul rag and bone shop of the heart. Wednesday, June 23, 2010. Dave and I just came back from a trip to El Salvador. We were working with a non-profit to build a well and teach the villagers hygiene. Every adjective I can think of to describe the experience sounds like a cliche. But I'm not the same person. Mainly because I know more Spanish and I know how to use a tortilla instead of forks. That's my new motto: No Forks 2010! Links to this post. Tuesday, June 8, 2010. Links to this post.

Rag and Bone: February 2010
http://shopoftheheart.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Welcome to the foul rag and bone shop of the heart. Thursday, February 11, 2010. When I was 7, I wrote this joke in my journal. Q: What did the book worm say to the librarian? Dig me out of here! It began with Elsie Dinsmore. After Elsie, my mom gave me Treasures of the Snow. I began my family feuds. 8221; I would tell her. “Don’t you want to read? Later when we realized her problem, a problem she hadn’t been able to articulate before, because when you grow up seeing the world replicated and swimmi...

Welcome to the foul rag and bone shop of the heart. Friday, May 28, 2010. Yes I've read Jodi Picoult and liked it. SUE ME. I just found out your girl Jodi Picoult wrote a four issue run on Wonder Woman a few years ago. Me: Does Wonder Woman get raped, kill her baby and sacrifice herself for her sister? JPS: Yes. By and for Abigail Breslin. Links to this post. Tuesday, May 25, 2010. Actually, I was going to say, "What's the catch? But my gracious sister-in-law simply said, "Yes.". Links to this post.

Rag and Bone: What it's like being a freelancer
http://shopoftheheart.blogspot.com/2010/06/what-its-like-being-freelancer.html
Welcome to the foul rag and bone shop of the heart. Tuesday, June 8, 2010. What it's like being a freelancer. I haven't been posting a lot because I've been working my butt off trying to get caught up on work from Israel and get ahead for our trip to El Salvador. And by work, I mean I sit here in my not pants saying NO YOU SHUT UP to the computer. Labels: life or something like it. June 9, 2010 at 6:46 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Rag and Bone: November 2009
http://shopoftheheart.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Welcome to the foul rag and bone shop of the heart. Sunday, November 29, 2009. I do more than write and complain, I also make a mean pizza. The past few months, I've been asked by several people to share the recipe for my pizza. So I am putting it on my blog, for the internet to steal, and mass produce. You are welcome, internet. Also, if you have tips, leave them in the comments. 3T of Brown Sugar. 2 1/2 tsp of yeast (I like Red Star). Or your yeast is no good. Try again. If all goes well, mix in. Mix a...
