I finally sucked it up and brought one today in the hopes of increasing my nutritional intake! The first smoothie I made today of course had my favorites, strawberries in them 🙂 I’m excited to start my juicing journey and will be posting various recipes! I don’t know about you, but anything that could possibly kill me silently, scares me. The silent killer is the number one killer among Black women!
