I had decided on Sunday that NO MATTER WHAT I was going to my meeting on Monday. When I spoke with my ww buddy, she wasn't really keen on going because she knew she would be up, but when she heard that I was going she decided to go too. I weigh the same as I did on DEC.29 so basically I am more than 6 months behind - THAT REALLY STINKS! Wish me luck ;).

The problem is, that many meals the only thing edible was burgers and fries - so I ate that WAY too often. Not to mention that I indulged in the ice cream too often. I ate horrible the whole week, and felt even worse due to both feelings of guilt and failure, and also due to an upset tummy often after my eating. I kept thinking, I will get back on track tomorrow - but I said that everyday, so tomorrow never came. Ramblings from a suburban stay-at-home mom. Wednesday, January 31, 2007. I was not an over-weight child. I was average in high school. I think I spent most of those years around 125-135 but I am very short 4'11". I did feel that I was heavier than most of my friends, but I think that most teenage girls. Feel that way. I was captain of the cheerleaders, and very active in extra-curricular activities. After high-school I partied A LOT. I have yo-yo dieted a lot. Of over the years, never happy being heavy.

I figured what could be better than sitting in a t-shirt and leggings at the office? It was a great way to be extremely comfortable at work sans the business attire and show team spirit at the same time. Authentic 80's attire here.
