My Life is a Mom Meme. My journey into motherhood as a single, foster-to-adopt parent. November 5, 2016. Termination of parental rights was finally started yesterday. It took until almost 4pm for word to get to me, but it’s finally, really, in motion. Now it’s the 60 days of appeal period. I did get approval to start calling him by his future new first name. I’m sure he’ll be Bubba to family and friends forever, but I get to integrate his new name! I’m excited it’s really real! Posted in Foster to Adopt.

I had been tinkering with Diigo and EduClipper, but I didn’t have much success. I then sought advice from Jon Samuelson, who recommended Listly as a resource, and he also recommended Pinterest. It seems like a weird, cryptic site that eludes understanding. And yet… I trust Jon Samuelson, so I decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised.
