Sunday, July 29, 2012. The Oklahoma City Zoo. We went to the zoo for a little bit one morning before it got too hot. We first went to a Seal show that was really well put together. They had 3 seals come out each doing different tricks. It was about the perfect length for kids. Jenna chillin' in the stroller. Miss Lydia going down a tree slide. Saturday, June 6, 2009. We have had a great and busy summer so far, I went to the Britney concert with friends which was a lot of fun! My good friend Mandy came to visit, we had such a great time with her and her daughter, Gentry. Todd and I both have had birthdays, my little sister graduated 8th grade and my little brother graduated high school. The kids and I miss Todd a ton, it is his busy season so we don't see him as much as we would like! Kensie looks SO OLD in that picture! June 6, 2009 at 4:23 PM.

Tuesday, February 16, 2010. Backtracking. Wildlife through Canada. I thought I ought to finally post some of the pictures I've got here. Here is a sampling of some of the wildlife we saw on our way to Alaska. It has been pretty awesome and amazing to see these creatures so close-up and just in the wild! And here's a bonus for you: a genuine Red-clad Canadian Mounty. I'll bet you thought they were only characters in fairy tales and story books. Yet here one is - walking the street in Canada.

Wednesday, February 17, 2010. The Alaskan Landscape, Pyra's Farm. One of the photos Bryan got of the sublime landscape of the Yukon on the Alaskan Highway. I think it was about 10:30 or 11:00pm, just about sunset. More wildlife in Canada. (I'm glad they're not this big in real life.). Wednesday, April 14, 2010. When It Snows in Alaska, It Snows! Yesterday everything was all clear, but when I woke up this morning, there was more SNOW! Everyone told us that it wasn't spring time until May, but I was hoping we would be lucky. Since the snow is just about over, I thought I would let the kids play in it at least once during the season. I personally don't care to be outside in the cold, but it was actually a lot of fun.
