Before we bought out last refrigerator, we were in Sears one day checking out what selections they had to offer. As my husband and I walked through the appliance section of the store, I noticed a little girl running from one refrigerator to another. Friday, May 18, 2012. I just made these yesterday, and they are ALL GONE by TODAY. seriously, these banana muffins just seemed to hit the sweet spot here at my house. Hope you enjoy if you decide to make them! Jumbo Caramel Banana Muffins ( Taste of Home Feb/Mar 2006). 1-1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 large). 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar. 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted. PREHEAT oven to 350F. ADD egg and beat thoroughly.
