My Daily (Healthy) Diet Diary. Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Starting Weight on 3- 12. NEW GOAL: Weight for 3-18-2013: 196. Gained a pound from yesterday. Not really sure why. I hate when I wake up and the weight didn't go down but went up and I didn't even cheat on anything. Almost makes me wish I did. Back to basics today.
