It was exactly 5 days back when I had expressed wonder at the words ‘ Welcome Home. 8217; printed on one of the pages of my journal kit that was handed to me on the day of my registration at the International Yoga Festival (IYF) 2015. After all, Parmarth Niketan Ashram was not my home? How could it be? Agreed, it was housing. A feeling of togetherness.

Baby pooch got me a t-shirt from the gorillaz concert, which i was very sad to miss. And some new pooch slippers. its chilly where i live! My son, and his sweetie pooch jilly bean, took me target shooting. He taught us gun safety and how to be safe on the range. he was thorough and watched us carefully. This recipe idea was inspired by Vah chef videos but i have altered the recipe here .when you cut in a match sticks and fry .wow tastes sooo yummy and great .simply Awesome :) .Here goes the recipe for that :). 10 -12 bhindi (sliced into fine Matchsticks). 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder.
