船名Name of ship DB SUNRISE (日出號). 建造日期Year of build 1998年. 船型Type of ship OIL/CHEMICAL TANKER. 船方委託大瀚船務代理公司，派拖船永康626 前往拖救但因海象惡劣無法靠近。船名Name of ship ENOLA GAY 伊諾拉. 建造日期Year of build 2008年. 船型Type of ship Dredger Crane. 總噸位一千噸的挖泥船伊諾拉號，從印度由印度籍白羊星號拖船準備拖往台北港進行挖泥作業，因海象不佳，拖船纜繩發生斷纜，伊諾拉號遭到強風吹襲，漂流至桃園縣竹圍漁港外海北面1.5海哩淺灘處擱淺。 1實地現場量測水深，了解拖船永康658 與永康620 能與伊諾拉號接近的安全距離。作業期間從3月25日至3月27日，並於3月28日派出永康658 與永康620 兩艘拖船前往桃園竹圍拖救，於29日利用漲潮時，展開拖救行動，拖救成功後，在31日安全靠泊台中港九號碼頭，並安排進船塢維修，塢修後於5月16日由永康626 拖回至台北港。
