Sorry that is has been a "little" while since I last posted- but it is worth it - These coookies are DELICIOUS! 1/4 c melted shortening, butter or margarine. 2 1/2 c. flour. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder. 1/2 c- 1 c. powdered sugar. In mixing bowl combine the first 6 ingredients and mix well, then add the flour, salt and baking powder and mix until. Well blended. The dough will be quite runny and you will want to refrigerate. Mac and Cheese Pizza. 1 1/4 c. water.

Sunday, January 30, 2011. As I have alluded to in other posts, I really like being organized. :) There is something about seeing a group of items neatly organized that warms my soul. Plus, being organized makes it a lot easier for me to be clean. How is this not a win-win? The first organization project was in my closet. Pretty much referring to all of the excessive eyesores I've got reminding me that I'm no where close to being done with my house.
