Fees vary from 40 per session to 75 per session, depending on whether you are having one to one therapy or as a couple. Some of our practitioners are registered as providers for private health schemes such as BUPA. Mention this when we first speak and we shall try to assign you an appropriate practioner. Cognitive Analytic Therapy

Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT). CAT originated in the NHS and is a time-limited integrated model of therapy addressing a range of emotional symptoms and relational problems.
