Thursday, July 23, 2015. School Year 2015-2016 plans. Well, after a busy summer with lots of excitement, it is time for me to start looking towards the new school year. I finally placed my book order over the weekend and the books are starting to trickle in. Riley will be an 11th grader this coming school year. So hard to believe that she is a Junior! This really made me feel good and gave me a great motivation to keep going. I am off to a good start this morning. I got up early with Randy and Aaron and once they left for work, I went walking for about 30 minutes. It is amazing how a little fresh, crisp morning air will energize you for the day. Saturday, 4 October 2014. Yokohama, City of Gaijin (Fri 19th). When I’d been to Yokohama in the past my friend and I walked all over the place all day. Wes, Gabe and I were absolutely dead from the previous week that we decided to get the train over to the China Town area on the other side of town rather than walking from Yokohama station itself. Ein paar Wochen habe ich jetzt vergeblich gewartet, doch da Matthias noch keinen Bericht von seinem Besuch in Belfast geschrieben hat, muss ich es doch selbst schreiben. Obwohl es mir soooo viel Zeit hätte ersparen können 😉. Das Wetter wollte sich leider nicht unbedingt von seiner besten Seite zeigen und somit hatten wir oft einen wolkenbedeckten Himmel mit Regen. Die letzten Wochen waren nicht ganz so ereignisreich....
