Pinoy Crema de Fruta. 875 oz fruit cocktail. 14 oz condensed milk. 14 oz heavy whipping cream. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Combine the heavy whipping cream, condensed milk, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix very well. Arrange the graham crackers in a baking pan. Pour some of the condensed milk mixture onto the graham crackers. Sprinkle some chocolate chips. Arrange another layer of graham crackers and cover it again with the condensed milk mixture. Do as many layers as you want. Refrigerate for an hour.

Pinoy Mushroom Soup with Chicken. 2 tbsp cooking oil. 3 cloves crushed garlic. 1 medium sized chopped red onion. 2 chicken breasts, cut up. Fish sauce to taste. Ground black pepper to taste. 1 can cream of mushroom. Heat some cooking oil in a saucepan. Season with fish sauce and black pepper. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the cream of mushroom.
