http://onceuponafarmvintagemarket.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Once Upon a Farm. Monday, October 31, 2011. Market Monday and Moving Day! Friday we arrived at Packard's Antiques ready for a very long day. Well, 'ready' may be overstating it because a few hours in. I was wanting to be done. Shawn, Christian, and I helped move the contents of two other booths elsewhere and then started the process of 'prepping' the new double space so we could officially move my items out of my original space. For this event. but I AM! Monday, October 24, 2011. Whew OK, sneaking under ...
Once Upon a Farm: An old favorite... SOLD
http://onceuponafarmvintagemarket.blogspot.com/2011/12/old-favorite-sold.html
Once Upon a Farm. Monday, December 12, 2011. An old favorite. SOLD. When I knew I was opening the booth earlier this year, I made a few display items for the booth. This harvest table was one of those items. It was in my booth on day 1, but marked 'NOT FOR SALE'. It was perfectly narrow and because it was so long it allowed me to have a consistent surface space to display tons of items. I moved around the items on the large blue dresser. And I'll leave you with a wider shot of the booth with the now gone...

So I went in this morning to reshuffle things around (one of the best things about this business. that I get to 're-stage' so often and I love to do it), and add a few new items and to restock the big sellers. I restocked the glass in the booth. These glass bottles and milk jars are so versatile and please note how th...
Once Upon a Farm: Packards' Holiday Open House
http://onceuponafarmvintagemarket.blogspot.com/2011/11/packards-holiday-open-house.html
Once Upon a Farm. Friday, November 11, 2011. Packards' Holiday Open House. Thanks to my mom, dad, kids, and 4 loaded trucks/cars. we got the booth loaded for the Holiday Open House beginning today. Once the huge furniture was all in, the real fun began with me adding sparkle. Except for a couple key pieces, everything is BRAND NEW to the booth! The lines of this chair are a perfect blend of classic wingback but with a very clean modern silhouette. Loved how 'she' turned out. I think the little red snow s...

"Once Upon a Fat Ass..."
Once Upon a Fat Ass.". Sunday, January 6, 2008. A Promise Worth Breaking? I have developed a strategy throughout the years to completely avoid taking responsibility for gaining weight. It's called the "Blame everyone and everything, even if it means blaming God, ultimate defense mechanism". Ps it doesn't work. EVER. At that point I promised him I wouldn't. Once Upon a Fat Girl
Once Upon a Fat Girl. Sunday, November 30, 2008. I am a 37-year-old woman living in rural Nevada. I am five foot nine and weigh 335 pounds. Three years ago I had a full physical checkup. My cholesterol is 125, but the percentage of good vs. bad is a little out of balance toward the bad. At that time my thyroid tested in the healthy range. My blood pressure and sugar were good. I had my blood pressure tested again recently and it’s still good. I get tired easily. I started a new job at the end of Octo...
Once Upon a Fat Time
Once Upon a Fat Time. A blog about a former fatty's struggle to remain less large and more in charge. Saturday, February 7, 2015. You know when your mom has a stroke and you get peed on at work? I told him that I would come to Georgia that night but he told me to wait because she was in the neuro-ICU and I couldn't see her. Can we please talk about how much I despise being an adult? The whole ordeal was a huge reality check for me, and I did what I always do, and turned to food for comfort. We were ten m...
