Flying Snake from Sumatra

We frequently observe the Paradise Flying Snake on and around our farm in Medan. These snakes exhibit stunning colors at this location and we currently try to breed this wonderful species. They are active during the day, live on trees preying on lizards, and are known for their ability to fly quite a distance. Because this snake is a firm lizard eater and needs ample space, only dedicated keepers might find this species interesting. Here at Ophiotropics, we are fascinated by this beauty!
