Oropi Bushlands Ltd - Horse Treks. Within our amazing property there are just about unlimited trekking routes to follow. Once mounted we can design a route suited to individual riders levels of experience so the journey is one of enjoyment. We aim for every rider to leave feeling like they have challenged themselves and done something a little out of their comfort zone and enjoying the experience along the way. The variety of terrain including farm, wooded area and bush made the ride interesting.

Getting to Oropi Bushlands Ltd. Oropi is south of the Tauranga CBD off state highway 29. Or alternately to the north of Rotorua following the Old Tauranga Road from Ngongotaha. The farm bounders three roads (one each at the top, middle and bottom). For all treks we will leave from the middle of the farm, Burd Road. About Oropi Bushlands Ltd. Oropi is a small rural area south of Tauranga. The properties of Oropi Bushlands range from 1000 ft to 1100 ft above sea level. The contour is varied with the majority rolling to steep hills but also including some valley river flats. Their youngest son Shaun, always a keen worker and outdoors man, started leasing the farm eighteen years ago. Then in 1996 he and Fiona bought a herd of dairy cows and became share milkers.
