Nina reinforced conversation skills and Monica reinforced colors, shapes and numbers. They are learning a lot and having fun.

We took a break from our Side by Side curriculum today to focus on Thanksgiving. After giving a brief lesson in English and Spanish on what Thanksgiving is and how it is celebrated, the children were asked to make a list of what they are thankful for, made a turkey craft and learned a turkey song! It was a fun afternoon!

Much of the equpment is at the hospital to start the NICU, but the supplies and other resources are still lacking. Together we are making a difference. Hope, generosity and perseverance.
