Thursday, July 24, 2008. 1 lb Swiss cheese, grated. 1 onion, finely grated 1 small sweet red pepper and/or green pepper, chopped (I shred mine). Mayonnaise, enough to moisten. These are one of my all time favorites, especially for snowy days! 1/2 c whole wheat flour. 4 tsp baking powder. 1 1/2 cups rolled oats. Added bonus is that my kids all love it too. Preheat large electric skillet. Cut one large round steak into strips about 2" x 1/4". Cook in hot pan until browned, stirring occasionally.
